Managing over 300+ employees on a daily basis and taking care of areas of site mobilization
➢ Serving as a selection panel member in recruitment process, including selection, appointment process.
➢ Identify and direct training procedures for new and existing employees in line with site requirements.
➢ Monitoring performance and advising on compensation and benefits.
➢ Preparing certificates such and experience letters, NOC's, acknowledgement letters etc.
➢ Updating with addition and deletions with regards to new visa and cancellations.
➢ Advising on Leave and Repatriation of employees
➢ Handling employee complaints and grievance
➢ Payroll- Ensure all timesheets, allowances are updated and approved in system and verifying accuracy prior to
payroll.
➢ Subcontractor-In focus to site requirements, locating availability of trades with subcontractors and negotiating on
commercial terms and advising on site mobilizations.
