project operations across multiple sites
 Coordinate manpower deployment and employee transfers based on project requirements
 Support logistics planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for efficient project execution
 Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for timely and cost-effective logistics support
 Coordinate transportation and accommodation arrangements for workforce mobilization
 Track logistics activities, manpower status, and operational data for reporting and planning
 Assist in monitoring logistics-related expenses and budget control
 Prepare logistics, manpower, and operational reports using ERP systems (BAAN, Oracle)  Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and operational continuity
 Support logistics and workforce coordination activities aligned with Aramco project standards
and operational requirements.
