Maintain and manage the project as per the instruction from the project Manager.
• To prepare all forms of communications to provide information to supervisors, peers, subordinates and to communicate with other Departments Documents
• Responsible for the interpretation and application of the staff rules, regulations and procedures ensuring uniform application in accordance with guidelines from headquarters
• Briefs newly arrived staff on related administrative formalities and ensure all arrangements adherence to the polices and procedure specified in the relevant regulation
• Provide support, guidelines and training to personal staff as required participate in the review of training needs of staff making appropriate
• To document /record information, maintain file, process all paper work, and to perform day to day administrative tasks
• To develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with other departments and agencies.
• To ensure events, processes and all relevant documents comply with Company procedures policies regulations and standards
• To coordinate with others to receive or submit regular reports / forms in time
• To order, dispense and maintain supplies required for regular administration works
• Administration of key support processes.
• Contracts Department to include file documentation, computer system inputs/reporting,
• Administrative support to the Subcontract Administration Section,
• Provide general administrative support within the Contracts Department
• Researches and resolves Accounts Payable, invoice problems, verifies invoices against contractual documents,
• Administrative support to all internal and external customers.
• Other assigned Administrative responsibilities.
Law graduate form University of Bangalore
• Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political science from University of Calicut, Kerala,
Pre degree form Calicut University
