Business Development (Sales)
• Advising Clients regarding global business, structuring investments, asset protection, tax planning, business setup, family succession and estate planning

• Performing all activities relating to the set up and management of client companies in different jurisdictions.
• Interacting with prospect clients, explaining the structure and requirements of setting up an entity in a given jurisdiction providing fee quotations.
• Conduct KYC checks for both private individuals and corporate clients in accordance to compliance procedures
• Prepare pre and post incorporation documents such as register of directors & shareholders, minutes of meet-ings, shares certificates, resolutions, powers of attorneys, MOA-AOA etc.
• Liaise with the various authorities& jurisdictions for the incorporation of LLC’s, free zones and offshore companies
• Coordinate with banks and financial institution regarding opening of bank account and other business accounts
• Asist in incorporation of BVI, UAE, Cayman, Cyprus, Mauritius on shores & offshores entities to name a few. Also assisted sales team in setting Trust & Fund structures.
Team Lead Surveyor
• Analysis of Etisalat infrastructure to identify the feasibility for processing of Service Order re-ceived
• Use different tools (Google map & earth, GIS and internal applications) and at times visit custom-er location to gather accurate information
• Coordination with concerned sections to make sure infrastructure readiness
• Coordination with concerned departments (Planning & projects) for special requirements raised by customers & sales
