• Advised and consulted a large multinational FMCG Company in GCC on enhancing their Logistics & Distribution System
• Carried out a Due Diligence for Middle East based Private Equity for project worth USD 117 M
• Provided strategy consultation and financial analysis and evaluation to a large Chinese Automotive Manufacturer on their Partnership project with a Middle East based company
• Lead as Head of Operations for multiple strategic business units in Saudi Arabia along with overall achievement of the set/planned business targets keeping financial health of the organisation
