Current Role Key Deliverables @ CISCO :
Overseeing the sales & business development activities for a set of Enterprise/MM and SMB Channels and Distribution.
Identify critical partner resources, coverage gaps, acquisition/retention strategy and allocation requirements, etc
Create marketing plans (incl. demand generation activities) and resource needs
Align one Cisco and partner resources to drive relationship management, opportunity management and program execution
Drive regular cadence of review with partners and cisco executives
Drive funnel creation, visibility, & management via Integrated Sales Process
Devise & Execute Integrated Territory plan for booking and funnel analysis, market intelligence,
End user potential and Channels/partners portfolio analysis.
