Duties & Responsibilities in Previous Employments
➢ Interim valuation submissions and following up of certifications.
➢ Periodical Turnover, Cost and Profitability forecasting (Monthly/ Annually/ Project)
➢ Project cost/ revenue monitoring and planning of controlling mechanisms against budgets.
➢ Changes/ variations identification and processing of claim submissions and coordinating with Consultants
for getting approvals.
➢ Specialized Subcontractor tender package preparation, evaluations, negotiations on terms and awarding.
