• Responsible for overall Inventory Planning & Warehousing in Ford Motorcraft Motors Dealership. These all activities carried with help of ADP IBM Auto line (Kerridge).
• Analysis & Monitoring Performance (target vs. actual) of Inventory Planning & Warehouse.

• Planning of Parts distribution to Branches & Customers like Wholesale & Batteries.
• Handling & Monitoring Entire warehouse & Manpower for maximum efficiency.
• Monitoring & controlling the movement & flow of materials.
• Ford Motorcaft Motors parts Claims Handling.
• Ford Motorcaft Batteries Claims Handling.
• Quotation & Pricing for Export Customer Query’s for Europe Parts.
• Preparing Document & Delivery for Exports Especially for Oil & Batteries.
• Preparing Document for EPA Clearance for importing.
• Setup of New or Relocation of Warehouse with Proper Bin Location .
• Responsible for overall Inventory Planning & Warehousing in GM Dealership. These all activities carried with help of ADP IBM Auto line (Kerridge).

• Responsible for Stock accuracy in warehouse.

• Handling & Monitoring Manpower for maximum efficiency
• Monitoring & controlling the movement & flow of materials.
• Entire Middle East General Motors Claims Handling
• Entire Acdelco Batteries Claims Handling.
• Handling Entire warehouse
• Responsible for Incoming, In-process & pre-delivery Inspection & Approval.
• Knowledge of ISO-TS-16949 & ISO 9001:2008 clauses & Documentation.
• Ensure Material handling Equipment Availability for Preventive Maintenance / Calibration. Track Compliance.
• Deploy Operators in Every Shift and Ensure Batch Charging/processing As per Planning Schedule.
• Ensure Adherence to Formulation Sheet WithRespect to Process Instructions & RM Additions.
• Carry out required transactions And Process Records in SAP.
• Fill up The Shift Report at the End of the Shift and Update Efficiency Records for All the Operators in the Shift
• Knowledge of operating pressure die cast m/c. & set manufacturing process parameter & Troubleshooting of the m/c.
• Daily Planning and monitoring work within the workshop, supervising the Space Instrument makers
• Monitoring & controlling the movement & flow of materials.
• Inspecting items received/delivered quality & quantity wise against freight/delivery document.
• Implementation of QMS as a Management Representative for Company’s ISO Certification.
• Report on workloads, participating in project reviews and giving advice to project managers
• Generate Monthly track sheet of ppm for Internal & External ppm.
• Conduct Competitor Analysis
• Responsible for Incoming, In-process & pre-delivery Inspection & Approval.
• Knowledge of ISO-TS-16949 & ISO 9001:2008 clauses & Documentation.
• Maintaining all product Related Data.
• Well versed with the Engineering drawing reading
• Can carry-out inspection Independently
• Ensure Machine Availability for Preventive Maintenance / Calibration. Track Compliance.
• Deploy Operators in Every Shift and Ensure Batch Charging/processing As per Planning Schedule.
• Ensure Adherence to Formulation Sheet WithRespect to Process Instructions & RM Additions.
• Ensure All In process Checks Are Carried as per Formulation Guidelines.
• Carry out required transactions And Process Records in SAP.
• Fill up The Shift Report at the End of the Shift and Update Efficiency Records for All the Operators in the Shift
• Knowledge of operating injection moulding m/c. & set manufacturing process parameter & Troubleshooting of the m/c.
• Qualified Internal auditor for an ISO-TS-16949
• Knowledge of ISO-TS-16949 clauses & Documentation.
• Product Validation.
• Analysis the internal rejection per production & take corrective actions to reduce the rejection rate.
• Responsible for process validation in case of new machines & moulds are introduced
• Development, implementation and verification of form formats to provide evidence of effective implementation of QMS.
• Responsible for Incoming, In-process & pre-delivery Inspection & Approval.
• Responsible for Internal as well as vendor audit.
• Generate Monthly track sheet of ppm for Internal & External ppm.
• Handling Component Drawing & Maintaining ECN notes.
• Maintaining all product Related Data.
• Analysis & Corrective Action for Product Nonconformance.
• Handling Customer Complaints.
• Conducting Internal Trainings related to Product, Quality system & Process.
• Member of Development Team & APQP Team.
• Knowledge of Statistical process control (SPC) & measuring system analysis (MSA).
• Hands on knowledge of CONTROL PLAN, PFMEA, PPAP.
• Problem Analysis with the help of Tools like 5-WHY, 8D ANALYSIS, 7 QC TOOLS, CAUSE & EFFECT ANALYSIS.
• Can use Measuring instruments like Vernier, Micrometer, profile projector, Height gauge, on Contact Vision Measuring M/c (Quickscope, Mitudoyo).
