Developing Integrated Activity Plans (IAP) for (14 day, 90 day & 2 yearly) term as well as Shutdown Plans to optimise deferment and critical resources covering all preventive and corrective maintenance routines as per SAP & schedule Work order before freezing the plans.
Integrate all activities into one plan, co-ordinate with functionality owners, the activity execution department & contractors as well as interior planners and schedulers.
Manage communication between contractors and functional planners to ensure all activities are SAP based and captured correctly in the plans.
To ensures all Works are resourced for requirements to ensure the disciplines have all necessary items to execute each activity without delay.
Take a proactive approach by providing workable solutions to reducing the Company Shutdown costs without compromising production targets or asset integrity.
Maintains Shutdown work lists, develops detail plans and ensures spares/resources availability for all jobs which cannot be performed during normal plant operation and ensures their execution during opportunities or Shutdown.
Check and confirm in SAP and with the Company’s Materials Controller the availability of spare parts before planning any workshop job.
Manage the compliance to Company’s planning procedures and manage all activities under the Work Centers and Planner Group for the respective area of operation.
Update SAP Data Base as applicable to revise planned man-hours, Equipment Bill of Materials, Equipment Technical Data, etc on a continual basis.
Ensure that all work orders are closed out in SAP with the appropriate Fault Code Statistics and History reporting as per the Maintenance Policy.
Produce a Monthly Report detailing the works carried out during the month and represent statistics on a graphical basis. (Backlog, Productivity and Efficiency KPI)
Produce, follow up and track all constrained WONs like Operational Release, Awaiting Materials etc.
Prepare a plan list with the Original Due Dates (ODD), Latest Allowed Start Date (LASD) and Latest Allowed Finish Date (LAFD).
Populate the Work order/work packs with External Services before they are released.
Set Partial confirmation (PCNF) for the activity operation in the Work order/work pack when the job has started and confirmation (CNF) when the job is completed.
Input equipment history in the Notification after the job has been completed.
Populate Purchase Orders (PO) with Service Entries (SE).
Championing the compiling and reporting on all current Maintenance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensuring that the entire Planning and Scheduling team is fully trained with the associated data elements and business processes.
Prepares integrated plan for GPOC fields to ensure smooth execution of all projects by providing all the supports to O & M and projects team and update readiness plan for fields (Unity, Munga, Tomasouth, Eltoor, and Elnar. Issue the list of works that need to be carried out at each FPF and other location that require rectification, repair, replacement with new one, etc. This includes rotating equipments like Tanks & Vessels, PSV’s, pumps, compressors, heaters, E&I items in the facilities, retention ponds, bioremediation facilities, oily water canal, Oil spill cleaning and soil remediation and Excess oil extraction and recovery etc).
During the tenure with AFPC discharged various roles starting from the CMMS implementation and support, progressing to area planner and ultimately cumulating in asset integrity planning.
* Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Anamalai University, Anamalaii Nagaer, Chennai. * Certificate in Primavera and MS Project from EBEES Education Corp, Delhi, India. * Course completed SAP PM and MM module from SAPix Technologies, Faridabad.
