• Lead, collaborate, and review Engineering Request (ER) packages to perform necessary task and ensures compliance with engineering specifications, local/national & international codes, standards, norm, design guidelines, statutory requirements and maintaining consistent design and alignment to Airports Masterplan.
• Manage, cooperate, and review Consultant/Contractors Work Permits (WP) packages and provide engineering technical support and ensure that deliverables are technically adequate and accurate with compliance to engineering specifications, local/national & international codes, standards, norm, design guidelines, statutory requirements, and maintain consistent design and alignment to Airports Masterplan.
• Lead, collaborate and compiles data from multi-discipline engineers to provide written & oral reports and proposals to Internal / External stakeholders and maintains accurate & complete system documentation in a safe, efficient, effective, and timely manner.
• Provide technical support on Maintenance or Project works to resolve problems, and ensuring facilities infrastructure is maintained and optimized in effective engineering standards.
• Collaborate to Interdisciplinary meetings and acts as primary contact and resolve & responds on technical queries, key issues and risk matters related to project progress and quality which initiated by Area Directors/Managers, and Project Engineers.
• Explores & investigate new innovations and latest trends in technology for institutional applicability and prepare innovative designs into the project to achieve optimized solutions to support and enhance the Airports Security & Operation.

• Lead, Manages and Executes Planned Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) as per equipment & maintenance standards. • Preparing Manpower Schedule and Monthly accomplishment report to Project Manager and Maintenance Head. • Collaboration and coordination with different departments regarding the isolations / work permits and ensure PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) & HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) are in place before starting the work. • Organize and Manage Manpower, including Tool-Box meeting that focuses on safety on the workplace prior to the commencement of a job. • Supervise and guide technical staff technicians, supervisors and subcontractors for necessary technical support repairs and rectification to ensure the job done properly and correctly in accordance with its standards. • Inspect and check Contractors, Sub-contractors Monthly/Quarterly Service reports. • Ensures all ELV Systems such as Fire alarm system, Public Address Systems and Building Management Systems (BMS) are effective, optimized and working properly on the site. • Monitor BMS / FAS Server stations and supervised BMS Operators to ensure all system are working Normal like (HVAC’s, AHU’s, FCU’s, Elevators, Chillers, Boilers, Generators, Switchgear rooms, Motor Pumps, Cold Storage Rooms, Fire Alarm system and other balance of the plant) and reporting all faults and Alarms to designated department and create work orders if necessary. • Checking and creating work orders thru IBM - MAXIMO Management System, and initiating work orders for corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance. • Troubleshoot and operates Honeywell Tridium Niagara system, EBI (Enterprise Building Integrator) System (EBI-R400 System), Excel-Web Series controllers, Jace controllers, DIO/AIO Components and BMS field devices. • Troubleshoot and operates Honeywell XLS-3000 Fire Alarm system, FS-90 system, ZETA Fire alarm system, Esser Fire panel, Gent fire panel, FM-200 System and Fire alarm system field devices and components. • Cooperate during Maintenance Shutdowns and Generator load testing. • Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences.

• Receives daily, Permit to Work (PTW) Job cards from the Supervisors & Area Engineers to perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) / Corrective Maintenance (CM) in the field. • Co-ordinate with the Local Operation Supervisors & Control Room Operators regarding the isolations and ensure HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) are in place before starting the work. • Check and ensure that master calibration is valid with proper calibration stickers prior to perform calibration, servicing various field instruments; pressure, temperature gauges, pressure switches, Rotameter flow gauge, Flow monitor magnetic flow meters, Differential pressure transmitter, Displacement Type Level Transmitter, Level Switch, Temperature transmitter, RTD’s and Control valves. • Troubleshoot and servicing/repair instrument systems accessories; limit switches, solenoid valves, air regulators, Volume boosters, trip valve, air lock up relay, converters I/P transducers, and Feedback position transmitter. • Loop checking of instruments from field to DCS and SCADA environment (HART or Foundation Fieldbus Protocol), Troubleshoot SMART devices using HART Communicator for calibration, tagging, changing URV/LRV, units and diagnosing of the device. • Loop checks various Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) I/O Cabinets and verifies the status based on the termination lists. • Troubleshoot and servicing/repair Electrical Power distribution systems components; ABB circuit breakers, motors, battery UPS system, lighting system and motor operated valve (MOV) and all associated stepdown/stepup transformers feeding the process and utility systems. • Overhauling and servicing of different types of Industrial Motors Single phase/ three phase 220-440 volts. • Ensure Power Generation & Motor Control Centre Protection Systems are maintained for maximum reliability and availability. • Analyses and Monitor Vibration system of Motor Pumps, Servicing sensors of pH & Conductivity probes and analyzers. • Online servicing and Shutdown maintenance of Instruments and controls in various systems such as Burner Management System (BMS), Heat Recovery Boilers flame scanners, igniters, ESD, ON/OFF valves, Diverter Damper feedback, Instrument/Service air compressors house, chlorination plant and Balance of the Plant (BOP). • Participation in Vibration Project for Brine Pumps, FDF motor & forwarding motor pumps, installation, wiring and commissioning of Vibration pickup sensor, DAQ-Station recorder, and trip amplifiers. Layout & install piping’s, tubing’s, and fittings of various field instruments. • Cooperate and participate on Startup Operation Activities of the plant. • Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences. • Performs other related duties as assigned and any additional ad-hoc activity as per work requirements.

Calibrate and setup various field instruments; pressure/temperature/flow (indicator,
switch, and transmitter).
* Troubleshoot and repair minor instrumentation problems (limit switches, solenoids,
and loops).
* Perform various routine preventive maintenance; pulverizer mill process line purging,
tank-o meter purging, bubbler tube de clogging/purging.
* Assist in the maintenance of Air Monitoring Station 1 & 2 (Teledyne NOX/SO2/02
Analyzers) & Continuous Emissions Monitoring Station of Unit 1 & 2 (Fisher
Rosemount NOX/SOX/02 Analyzers).
* Familiarization of various functions, process flow, and instruments used on different
areas of Main Plant and of Plant Auxiliaries.
* Assist in the isolation of equipment’s during maintenance and changeover.
* Perform various operations routine activities, parameter readings and monitoring.
* Tagged and isolate valves during isolation and scheduled maintenance.
* Layout & install piping’s, tubing’s, and fittings of various field instruments.
