Centralized Customs Inspection Area.
Supervise the implementation of the company’s HSE plans. Undertake daily site safety inspection/audit of facilities
and activities to ensure compliance to safe and good work practices. Coordinate interface activities with other
contractors/developers working in the area and promote reporting culture to help eliminate unforeseen risk and
unsafe activities that could endanger the workers. Carry out planned or random safety inspection/audit together
with supervising consultants to immediately address safety issues at site. Conduct safety presentation with the
objective of enhancing the Environment, Safety and Health awareness of all workers. Advice workers on safe work
practices and to promote good safety culture through toolbox talks at site. Carry out and assist accident
investigation, confirm root causes and propose recommendations for improvements. Follow-up reports and monitor
the proposed corrective actions in accordance with site safety procedures. Conduct random site inspections and
produce inspection reports of issues found. Recommend necessary corrective actions to workers; internal, sub-
contractors or 3rd party individuals working within the area in compliance with site safety procedures and guidelines.
Prepare and review Risk Assessments, JSA/JHA, and Safety Action Plans. Develop, plan and prepare safety
emergency drills in compliance with the company's HSE Plan. Develop existing safety checklist being used on project.
Develop “In Focus flyers” related to the trending issues on project. Monitor and evaluate safe working procedures
are carried out in compliance with the company's ES&H plan while conducting life critical activities such as lifting
operations, confined space, working at height etc. Promote HSE awareness through preparation of posters/bulletins.
Ensures Lock Out Tag Out was carried out efficiently and safely during testing and commissioning of substations
and energized rooms.

Also developed safe work flyers providing weekly trend alerts to areas of concern, a system that became a project wide delivery and adopted by project wide packages. Additional contribution as team member during present post: 10m LTI for the middle of year 2013, 5mn LTI for the 4th Quarter of 2013 to Jan 2014.
