Responsible in the ground maintenance and landscape projects of the facilities.
Plan and schedule the daily work assignments of the gardeners utilizing the most effecient and effective use of personnel and coordinate the activities through the Soft Services Coordinator
Train staffs on procedures and proper use of tools, equipments in landscaping and ground works.
Diagnose and control pest and disease occurence affecting the landscape plants, and prescribed treaments and applies pesticides and chemical controls.
Inspect ground on regular basis to monitor work in program and completed work and determines future landscaping needs and provide short and long term planning.
Resolve problems related to landscaping and groung services.
Prepare reports and maintain records related to landscaping and ground services
Asses new materials, methods and give recommendations for improving the scope and quality of services provided.
Perform other task assigned by the Supervisor on other appropriate administrative related work
