Oversaw and defined technical designs, criteria, and specifications for electrical systems in various projects. Plan, schedule and execute schemes for 11kV network development such as addition of new ring main substations, 11kV HV panels, and transformers to meet the current and future demand.
Organize, schedule and perform switching operation in 11kV distribution networks including primary and ring main substations, UDS, RMU and OHL.
Perform periodic inspection of 11kV distribution network equipment (HV Circuit breakers, Transformers, Protection Relays, Chargers, Power and Pilot Cables) to ensure proper operation.
Plan, schedule and execute annual maintenance programs (both primary and ring main substations).
Respond immediately to emergency situations such as power outages, unbalanced load or equipment failure.
Issue instructions to the work force to setup temporary generation systems during scheduled or unscheduled power failures.
Report and follow up the replacement of faulty equipment.
Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards, LOTO and safety procedures, switching operation procedures, permit to work system; complying with legal regulations.
Review and approve the general drawings, engineering calculations, PQD submitted by sub-contractor and consultants within the described time in the tender.
Concerned with installation, operation, testing & commissioning of electrical equipment including HV, LV Cables, PT, CT, Protection Relays and sensors, GI switchgears, RMU panels.
Prepare and submit project documents, viz, Material Submittals, Method Statements, ITP, and RFI.
Organize and manage resources viz., Manpower, Materials, Machineries & Equipments
Organize and direct the Electrical Contractor teams
Interpreting specifications, drawings, standards (BS, IEC), regulations and customer requirements
Liaise with clients, consultant, architects and fellow discipline engineers.
Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate program of assigned engineering work and projects.
Perform detailed calculations to establish standards and specifications
Review and approve the construction program of the electrical works submitted by the sub-contractor and vendors
Coordinate with engineers to comply the requirements.
Inspect installations and observe operations to ensure compliance with design and equipment specifications and safety standards
Work with project managers on production efforts to ensure that projects are completed satisfactorily, on time, and within budget.

Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect
