• Verifying and certifying contractors running account (RA)bills and final bills through meticulous pre-measurement
checks at the site.
• Reviewing Good for construction (GFC) drawings and proactively identifying clashes between architectural, structural
and MEP drawings to avoid rework.
• Managing and Request for Information process to coordinate smoothly with clients, architects and structural
consultants for timely resolution

Project: Godrej Habitat,
• Leading finishing operations for premium units including Gypsum plastering, IPS flooring, and architectural
detailing.
• Supervising structural reinforcement works and ensuring technical compliance with GFC drawings.
• Monitoring material quality and specialized mortar mixes to ensure superior surface durability and aesthetics.
• Coordinating between structural and finishing teams for seamless transition and error-free execution.
• Maintaining project documentation (DPR) and managing client-side Inspection Requests (IR).

Project: B-46 Gulmohar Park,
• Managing full-scale site operations for luxury villas, balancing structural integrity with high-end architectural
finishing.
• Directing site teams on advanced construction methodologies for both RCC works and premium interior finishes.
• Orchestrating labor and resource allocation to maintain zero-accident safety records and on-time delivery.
• Conducting comprehensive audits for both structural precision and finishing quality benchmarks.

• Supervising end-to-end execution of luxury units, focusing on core structural works and final finishing handover.
