I am currently heading Export Division with sales team of 4 people and exporting to over 20 countries across the globe.
 Ensure Export division volume and profit goals are achieved as defined by the annual plan.
 To develop and maintain a budget for export sales.
 Develop and implement a brand strategy for assigned export markets that guides development and brand treatment including brand position and marketing strategy.
 Assist distributors in development of marketing, promotional and public relations programs that compliment the brand strategy for business development.
 Develop annual plans for the assigned markets and roadmap regarding future exports
 Responsible for development of in-country partnerships, manufacturing, marketing and sales specifically, contract negotiation, marketing plan development and execution, new product launches, annual sales/promotion plan, and broker management.
 Develop, analyze, and implement cost reduction strategies for the international business teams.
 Managing an healthy environment in which all team members are trained, developed and motivated to improve both their individual and team contributions to achieve desired business results.
 Act as a focal point for all customer inquiries/issues relating to order, price, credit, logistics, customs, damage, shipping, or related items.
 Manage External Agencies like Customs Agent, Freight Forwarders & Inspection Agencies etc
 Ensure complete export sales cycle is processed in SAP.
 Ensuring compliance with export procedures/policies, develop corrective action plans to correct deficiencies and/or add new controls for meeting regulatory changes.
 Monitor and analyze legal changes (in conjunction with in-house and outside counsel) affecting export requirements and adjust the Company’s export program as appropriate.
 Collaborate with the Company’s foreign offices and facilities regarding international export compliance issues.
