Consistently meets the day-to-day demands of the job base on the Head of Manufacturing Department priorities
Supervision of the day-to-day production operations in collaboration with the Manufacturing Managers.
Tight collaboration with the Manager Planning & Warehouse and the Manager Labelling &Packaging to meet the deliveries schedules set by the Sales Department
Report daily to the Head of Manufacturing Department on all activity discussed in the daily production meetings with the different Managers.

Supporting the Manufacturing Managers group in the recruiting, orienting, training, scheduling, coaching, counseling processes
Monitoring the production quality, analyzing the quality reports generated by the quality departments. Plan corrective actions to maintain the quality as per the standard set by the Head of Quality Department
Active role in the implementation, coaching of the TPM, 5S, 6
As Section Head of complete Re-writeable media (CDRW/DVD+RW/ BDR and BDRE formats).
