• Responsible for developing and implementing of operating policies and procedures as per Mondlez international.
• Coordinate with other departments for production related activities viz. trials, new product development and technical projects.

• Cascade and execute production plans and adjust operational activities by situation assessment according to available information and resources for optimum production performance (manpower, material and machine) and production attainment.
• Plan, organize and direct the manufacturing and maintenance operations which ensure the most effective return on assets.
• Manage production operation to achieve planned targets, labor costs and direct operating expenses thus directly achieving planned Net Sales and Cash Flow.

• Streamline and standardise the manufacturing process, drive and ensure operational efficiencies including optimising inventory
• To support the production activities in the execution of production runs by monitoring plant equipment operation, identification of technical breakdowns, provide technical advice and solutions, execution of scheduled and non-scheduled servicing, management of regular maintenance.
• Review process failures and execute continuous improvement activities by identifying opportunities, accessing proposals and implementation of notified practice.
