Develop detailed plans for over 50 different projects worth AED 100K to AED 20M while planning activities within budget allocated.
End to End Project Management, Lead venue search, risk management, transport management, event coordination, performance management, schedule pre-event inspections keeping in mind the health and safety standards, support with business strategy, forecasting and resolving technical design issues and give them a strategic direction, support in managing the warehouse, support the procurement team for global procurement with necessary vendors and address client inquiries as well as cultivate vendors relations to achieve project goals within specified time. Promote operational best practice and new technologies to enhance customer service. Spearhead manufacturing operations as well as oversee event collateral quality with specification, travel arrangements, supervising technical documentation, writing programming layout, and database management. Monitor supplier performance against requirement and ensure compliance with legal/ HSE standards.

Handling all the aspects of event executions to make an event a huge success like Client
Servicing (going for the brief meetings, getting the creative’s made, coordinating with
the Client for changes and approvals etc), Operations & Production (Making the Cost,
P&L sheets, checklists, executions ppt’s, blocking the vendors, layout-ting, getting the
setup done, show running etc.). Was leading Delhi Operations and was handling a
team of 5-6 people.
Left Shobiz in September, started freelancing for various corporates and event
management companies.
Also, have done various live concerts of (Javed Ali, Kanika Kapoor, Kailash Kher etc)
in this period of 8 months of Freelancing, last being FLAME5 in April.
FLAME5 was a concert with 6 artists; the entire show was produced by me and had
hired CINEYUG to manage the show.
