Communicating and working with Palo Alto Customer community worldwide to solve their Issues on a rapid pace.

• Works in the deployment of PA devices in High Availability, Panorama management, migration. Configuring, troubleshooting, debugging and resolving issues
• Providing the Root Cause Analyses (RCA) to the customer and FIX the breakdown issue
• Experience in Managing the Palo Alto firewalls through the Panorama and troubleshooting the logging and reporting issue
• Experience with App-ID and User-ID, Panorama, PBR, NAT on Palo Alto and Cisco ASA platforms
• Analyse, troubleshoot, and investigate security related, information systems’ anomalies based on security platform reporting, network traffic, log files, host-based and automated security alerts
• Deal with configuration and resolution related to Panorama firewall management system.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with respect to advanced features such as Firewall Administration, Authentication (LDAP and Radius), Certificate Management, SSL forward and inbound decryption, Threat Prevention, URL Filtering, QOS, Global Protect SSL VPN, Site to Site IPsec VPN, High Availability (Active-Active and Active- Passive) etc.
• Deploy firewalls in a lab environment to replicate client reported issues, research and find Solutions for them. Also using the TECHSUPPORT file to deeply analysis of issue co-relate to the demons to find the exact issue
• Responsible for basic to advanced network troubleshooting, resolution and configuration Assistance to achieve a secure network.
