- To provide a comprehensive expert and professional health and safety advisory service to the company and employees
- To interpret the legislative duties and requirements relevant to the company and to provide guidance on pragmatic and cost-effective management systems to ensure risk reduction and risk control to as low as practicable.
- To work alongside the Services Manager in implementing H&S policy and management systems, and to provide and deliver management reports and information
- Administers the new employee orientation program and the safety program.
- Plan and coordinate specialist and routine cyclical safety training as part of general training needs analysis for the service
- Identify health and safety risks and recommend management solutions
- Conduct a safety analysis for each job and produce a recommendation report for optimum safety on site
- Regular visits to all sites to check that employees are complying with all health and safety regulations, policies and procedures as per U.A.E. law and company policy
- Prepare incident/accident investigation reports, ensuring implementation of recommendations where required
- Respond to any government warning about extreme weather conditions ensuring the appropriate action to maintain employee safety is taken.
- Prepare and implement effective facility inspection plan
- Attend monthly client meetings
- Prepare all required documentation including monthly HSE reports for the client.
