• Generally works on Plumbing, Firefighting and HVAC design, implementation and maintenance at the facility renovation project.
• Review and edit the design of the HVAC, Fire Fighting, and Plumbing systems for the facility.
• Manage project budget in coordination with Project manager and General Manager to ensure not to overspend on the approved budget.
• Supervising the mechanical sub-contractors to make sure all the mechanical works are done according to the approved drawings.
• Testing and commissioning for all the works done on the building (maintenance and new Installations).
• Arrange meetings with the Facility Management team to prepare the scheduled and preventive maintenance plans.
• Final handover and help preparing the soft and hard Facility management services manuals.

• Responsible of making Estimation for car accident damage due to insurance policies, creating the repair order, getting the insurance acceptance, registering the car to the workshop and guide the team of technicians throw the repair process.

 Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all mechanical related works on site.
 Supply & approve shop drawings/construction drawings from a consultant on the start of the project
 Supply & approve all Mechanical material submittals following specifications and technical profile for the major Mechanical items from the consultant
 Supervising the Mechanical foremen for the daily construction activities.
 Maintain health & safety standards at Site.
 Coordinates with Client / Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.
 Attending the Electro-Mechanical technical meeting with the Client and the consultant.
 Co-ordinate the meetings of different suppliers with the consultant for the presentation/demonstration of the systems.
 Prepare Mechanical monthly report comprising of all activities incl. correspondence & site instructions.
 Evaluating the progress invoices as per the executed quantity and agreed calculation method for different items of the project.
 Maintain & update all data in the computer like shop drawing status, material submittal status, all correspondence, site instructions, internal memos, letters from the Client and the Consultant, etc.
 Finalizing as-built drawings and Operation & Maintenance Manuals.
 Testing, Commissioning & final handover of all Mechanical System

 Responsible for the Mechanical works on shelter houses for satellite and
telecommunication operation stations abroad.
 Study and design the implementing of MEP units (AHU, Pipes, Cable … etc)
 Execution of all mechanical related works on site (HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing)
 In addition to related Satellite, Networking, IT and Instrument Control projects

Inspection and maintenance of (AC, Referegerator and other electrical machines

Inspection of machines and spare parts (IQ, OQ, PQ)
And issue of quality certificates for it.
