Duties & Responsibilities
• - Performs evaluation of the food safety management program and update as necessary
Oversees proper implementation of all pre-requisites of HACCP and the HACCP program of the company
• - Verifies the adequacy of the HACCP plan and the company's execution of the plan in producing safe food, in a manner that maintains the distinction in responsibilities and flexibility
• Reports directly to the Operation Manager & Regional director about the quality concerns in the plant.
• Conducting training programs among various levels of employees from basic labors to top management about GMP, HACCP and FSMS
• - Managing routine inspections from various Govt. Agencies including Public Health Commission
• - Filling-up all the Food Safety, HACCP and ISO 22000 forms and following corrective actions when indeed
• - Participating monthly management Food safety review meetings and monthly HACCP team meetings
2. Worked as Production Officer in Lazza IceCreams, Hyderabad, from 4 January 2011to 8th of septemper 2011.
Key Responsibilities
• Incoming Raw Material Quality inspection.
• Handling plant operations effectively in coordination with the supervisors and workers
• Effectively increasing the output in production line by proper man-power management.
• Monitoring of RM and PM availabilities.
• Verification of stock transfer and despatch of finished goods.
• Monitoring the monthly stock calculation process.
• Sensory, Chemical and microbiological analysis of RM, online samples and FG.
• Performing lab analysis of Raw Materials.
• Incoming Packing Material Quality inspection.

Academics Qualifications 1. Master Degree in Food Science & Technology 2.
