Bagged leading residential projects through business development and marketing of JUNG® home automation system.
Reporting to the sales manager and responsible for the business development of JUNG®, Germany, home automation products which include lighting/AC/curtain control and low voltage systems like CCTV, intercom, background music speakers etc. for residential and commercial properties in the city. Established in 1995, Al Mazroui ICAS has been growing steadily in building automation as well as cables and low current systems in the Middle East.
Involved in the sales process for provision of solutions and products by the prospecting of new clients, conducting of surveys at site, studying lighting layouts, AC layouts and floor layout plans of properties, estimation, preparation of quotations, negotiating the pricing/credit terms, scope of work and closing the sales.
Liaising with the technical department in terms of scheduling of site visits, execution of services and ensuring that all the targets as well as budget relevant matters are met.
Played a significant role in developing and selling a new range of environmental solutions to food, packaging and paint industries. Played a major role in developing new departments in EPSCO L.L.C. and Al Serkal Group L.L.C. for waste management services which generated contracts worth over 2 million USD.
Reporting to the general manager and responsible for the business development of environmental services and products for the manufacturing, oil and gas and shipping industries in the country. Established in 1991, Al Serkal group's Environmental Division has built a strong reputation in the market as one of the leading service providing entities within the Facilities Management sector.
Responsible for developing and marketing a new department that deals with Bio Organic Catalyst®, USA, an environmentally friendly solution of bio-organic catalyst composition for water treatment systems, food industries and dairy farms.
Involved in the business development process of services by prospecting of new clients, negotiating pricing/credit terms, scope of work and closing sales.
Servicing and maintaining existing customer accounts and also adding new businesses namely MARS Chocolate factory, Emirates Camel Milk Industry, Al Ghurair Foods, Perfect Food Industries, Taghleef Industries, leading dairy farms etc. to the database and ensuring that all the targets and budget relevant matters are met.
Generated revenues by selling facility management services to major factories and high-end restaurant, hotel and outlet chains.
Reporting to the group sales manager, responsible for sales and marketing of facility management services like air conditioning system servicing and duct cleaning, degreasing of kitchen extraction system, delinting of laundry ducts, disinfection of water storage tanks, grease trap servicing and clearing etc. The company pioneered the IEQ and restoration business in the Middle East and has achieved ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001.

Servicing and maintaining existing customer accounts and also adding new businesses like Al Tayer Company LLC, Union Properties, Baker Hughes, Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel, Emirates Camel Milk Industries and Saleh Bin Lahej Group of Companies (Chilis Restaurants) to the database.
Liaising closely with the operations department in terms of the scheduling, arranging of work passes/permits and execution of services.
Ensuring that all the targets and budget relevant matters are met.
Responsible for introducing and developing a new department that deals with the trading of SEKO dosing pumps and Biological GTT chemicals for the grease trap services for corporate clients, major shopping malls, hotels and restaurants.
