Responsibilities include maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all mechanical and hydraulic- and diesel-powered equipment. Skill-level requirements vary from basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance to component replacement.
Develop a preventive and regular maintenance plans in coordination with the country operations and supervise the asset management for facilities record regular maintenance, spare parts, etc.
Coordinating with store supervisors / ops manager for emergency repairs.
Conducting routine checks on maintenance of equipment in the stores as per the daily and preventive maintenance schedule.
Supervise all maintenance internal activities with third party suppliers.
Ensuring that major safety equipment at various facilities are always in good running order to handle emergencies.
In charge of purchasing out of stock spare parts for the various equipment as required and maintaining inventory with W/H.
Supervising and participating in carrying out load testing of standby generators and executing maintenance / safety programs at all company facilities.
Maintain accurate asset tracking for equipment that need maintenance.
Plan and coordinate Store projects from start to finish, including first evaluation, Tendering, BOQs review, Work schedule, costings, and budget
Plan and buying all the necessary materials and equipment for the project
Provide Store design, Layout and drawing documents in coordination with architects, Operations, IT, and surveyors
Communicate with any consultants, contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and others involved in the project
Maintain regular reports and communications with management and inform them of progress on the project.
• Supervise the timely delivery of MEP Services in line with Contractual Agreements and Obligations and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).
• Monitor, inspect and supervise the maintenance of Special Services Equipment e.g. swimming pools, Passenger lifts, Fresh Air Handling units, Fire alarm systems etc. by authorised contractors in line with Company standards and procedures, SLA’s and agreed contractual terms.
• Provide inputs to enable Facilities / MEP Engineers to prepare weekly and monthly reports for the Client to report progress on compliance with SLA’s.
• Supervise the MEP team, to meet all Facilities Management functional objectives.
• Allocate and schedule manpower for various preventive and reactive works to efficiently execute the work in order to maximize productivity
• Determine whether certain jobs or items are to be charged to tenant or the client based on the conduct of a First Information Investigation report
• Collect payments from tenants for consumables recoverable from Tenants and deposit cash with the Finance department.
Supervise the Facilities Management team, to meet all Facilities Management functional objectives.
Implement all Human Resource Management processes like Reward Management, Performance Management, Learning and Development etc. to keep employees in the Facilities Management Area adequately engaged
Record attendance/OT of FM staff and send to Finance dept. for inclusion in Payroll payments
Appraise the quality of staff for on the job skills to determine skills gap for training
Train staff on multi skills to make them more versatile and flexible on the job.
• Provide inputs to the Facilities Engineer for the development of Budgets and Work plans
• Allocate manpower resources to the site and develop schedules in order to deliver FM services as agreed contractually
• Supervise the timely delivery of Facility Management Services in line with Contractual Agreements and Obligations and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)• Allocate and schedule manpower staff to various Worksites projects efficiently in order to maximise productivity
• Conduct on the job training of Technicians including giving demonstrations in order to enhance their skills and improve performance in line with QA standards
Past two years, my experience has been concentrated in the MEP projects with a technical service firm. During my two years as Project Engineer, I took a career building step, which had undergone well experienced senior design team, and myself imitate the trend. I upgraded the knowledge and standards to handle the engineering concepts, technical supports and supplier/client relations,
