 Preparation of slitting programmes for different sizes of pipes, tubes & sheets.
 Management of workers to different mills according to the programmes made.
 Handling production in two mills at the same time.
 To oversee roll setting to achieve perfection.
 To motivate & provide confidence to other workers & derive maximum productivity of each worker.
 To regularly check the end products like pipes & tubes for the welding line, dimensions, roundness & corners.
 Supervising entire production programmes & maintenance of 3 mills.
 Proper allocation of raw materials & finished goods in storage areas.
 Purchasing of the necessary consumable items(mechanical & electrical) needed in the factory.
