• Design and implement the IT Workplace strategies for different workplaces of
the organization, Stores, Distribution Centers and Corporate Offices. This
includes End-user Computing, Connectivity, Office 365, Imaging/Printing,
Virtualization, Collaboration, Information Security, etc.
• Lead Engineering and Operations Support (L2 and L3) for End-user
Computing, Network, Server/Storage/Database, Virtualization, Cloud and
Application Support.

in-line with the financial and regulatory compliance standards.
• Interact with various vendors for procurement related activities. This includes
evaluating new vendors and on-boarding them into the system.
• Ensure the organization meets all the regulatory compliances such as SEZ,
DoT, etc. including the internal IT Governance controls and standards.
• Plan, design and implement the Business Continuity and IT Disaster
Recovery plans for the organization.

Primary responsibilities include managing IT Infrastructure & Network
Operations, Application Support, Virtualization, EUC (End-User Computing)
Support, DevOps (Middleware, Open Source and Cloud), Asset Management, IT
Procurement and Planning & Managing the annual Capex and Opex budgets for
IT for HBC India.
• Handle a team of leads and managers that oversee the EUC Support, Network
Operations, Middleware Administration, Server/Storage/Database Operations
and Application Support.
• Meet the business heads/leaders before the beginning of a fiscal year to seek
inputs based on forecasting for the planning of Capex and Opex for the year.
Plan the Capex and Opex budgets for the fiscal year and manage them
throughout the year.

• Ensure that the incidents and service requests related to PC / Server hardware,
database, telephony, networking, video conferencing, mobile devices, printers
and software applications are resolved / closed within the defined SLAs.
• Create IT policies and guidelines for the employees and ensure they are

in-line with the financial and regulatory compliance standards.

• As the Delivery Manager, I was responsible for managing the IT Infrastructure
& Network Engineering, Application Assessment, EUC (End-User Computing)
Support, Asset Management services, IT Procurement and Planning & Managing
the annual Capex and Opex budgets for IT for Target India offices.
• Help the business teams in planning their project budgets by providing solutions
and proposals for their projects.
• Manage annual project budgets of up to $15M.
• Manage a team of highly skilled technicians that design, plan, implement and
