Responsibility:
• Managing the design and rollout of all new store openings and retrofits in GCC region for the following brands, Ace Hardware, Homeworks, Alfuttaim watches & Jewelry, Ba&sh, Bebe, BCBG, Guess, HugoBoss, Alfuttaim Health Hub, John Lewis, Katesapde, Kiabi, Plugins, Robinsons, Social Foot, Stadium, Tedbaker, The watch House, Toys R us Barilla, Black sheep, SuperChix .

• Managing the design of following Alfuttaim retail Corporate Offices,
AF Dubai Office, AF Riyadh office, AF Jeddah Office, AF Cairo Office, AF Singapore, AF Bangkok

• Managing and leading a team of architects and interior designers for preparing the store planning and design as per brand guidelines throughout the design process.

• Acting as a Liaison between brand principles and local franchise partner to ensure that the requirements of all the stakeholders are met, while maintaining the brand standards and design intent.

• Monitoring design modification and changes to concept, production and coordination of design documents by peers and other parties.

• Explaining and presenting concepts to senior stakeholders.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders within the company including store merchandise planning, facilities, operations, marketing and visual merchandising.

• Spearheading all phases of design from schematic through construction documents and administration while honoring budget, schedule and operational requirements.

• Developing creative solutions for store fixtures, displays and layout, prepares 2D and 3D architectural plan and elevation proposal for internal review

• Reviewing the final architectural design drawings created by architects, consultants and contractors for each project to ensure plans and details are accurate

• Responsible for standardization of store design and brand standards.

• Responsible for creating new concepts as per business needs.

• Travelled Extensively across the middle east countries viz., Oman, K.S.A, Egypt, Qatar to coordinate and supervise the successful implementation of the various retail stores.
