For Resiliency services I define Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity solutions leveraging Cloud technology. My responsability is to lead all steps of engagement: the initlai assessments and workshop phase with customers’ staff, the definition of the recovery architecture and the cost of the solution. Then I am aside to our customers as service advisor to provide support and guide in deploy of what proposed.

I worked as Business Developer for Resiliency Services in shaping DRaaS solutions and roadmaps. My goal is to use our Cloud infrastructure to support DR solutions and to allow customers to realize their hibryd cloud and standardization of their IT. I define the customer architecture transformations needed to improve the actual IT, my usual activities are performed the actual infrastructure and defining a to-be architecture with all needed step to deploy it.
On specific projects I define mixed delivery teams, leveraging our partner echosystem, and I coordinate and control them during execution.

As Subjet Matter Expert of IT Organizations and Datacenters I worked as Business Developer focused on IBM Platforms for large Enterprize. Within this role my responsabilities were to support sales by working with customer defining value propositions, roadmaps and plans for related initiatives. I also lead and directly coordinated delivery teams, o about 5-10 people, in deploying such plans.
Furthermore, for my social skills I was asked to define and coordinate social marketing activities for IBM platforms. To accomplish this task I his role I lead a marketing team of 12 people defining our Social presence plan and delivering a lot of Social event for the Italian audience. As result of this successful activity I have been asked to put in place a Social coaching plan for some members of our Italian Board of Directors.
