Looking after imports & exports of Sharp Middle East - Regional distribution office of SHARP ELECTRONICS catering to 89 countries in Middle East, African continent, West Asia & Levant countries by assisting their sales dept in distribution of their products in the region.
Closely Monitoring Imports, Local shipment
Co-coordinating factory and supplier for import document ( draft confirmation, invoice and C/O verification )
Arranging container and follow-up with liner and shipping line
Checking the L/C & sales contract & advice any amendments required.
Arranging shipment, Pre-shipment inspection, liaising with shipping lines, negotiate the freight, giving B/L instructions, updating sales dept on shipment status, prepare export docs, l/c docs additionally Inventory management, preparing GRN, entering & posting in SAP, Monthly reconciliation of stocks, Coordination with Sharp's worldwide factories for import.


Liaising with shipping companies to fix the schedule for shipment and negotiate freight.

Interfacing with inspection companies i.e. SGS, Bureau Veritas, and SASO for inspection of export merchandise and Operations Department in connection with import of all shipments.

Assisting Sales Department & preparing shipping instructions in accordance with terms in Letter of Credit.

Follow up on Purchase order and shipment schedule

Well knowledge of Inco Terms

Assisting Sales Team finalizing sales Contract and Shipping instruction

Good knowledge about Dubai customs and JAFZA rules and regulations
