• Do the final approval/ posting in SAP; Direct FI Vendor Invoices into the system after verification of supporting documents with a focus on VAT area.
• Verify all allocated cost codes entered by the AP coordinator namely Direct FI Vendor Invoices including Petty cash posting in SAP.
• Guide the user departments on various SAP entry related issues faced by them as and when required.
• Assist the Group Finance Manager to ensure the accounts are closed on a monthly basis as per the deadlines and liaise in this regard with user departments.
• Ensure VAT payments are made as per the statutory deadlines and no delays occur in this regard.
• VAT returns preparation each quarter verifying the same with related documents
• On a quarterly basis (or as and when necessary) prepare the reports as is required for external agencies like (Investment Development Office -RAK) IDO or other government departments.
• Liaise with external auditors for annual audits and any other special audits as the case may be for Internal audits and IDO audits.
• Reviewing cash calls from Subsidiaries / Branches / JV partners and reporting to JV Manager (4 subsidiaries, 1 branch and 2 JV partners)
• Preparing cash calls and billing statements to JV partners
• Reviewing the Billing Statements presented by the JV partners
