Responsible for all day to day activities of 156 room resort with staff strength of 140.

 Managing Operations of hotel spread over in 5 acres and marketing 171 room inventory for the group with banquet facility of 2000 pax and 3 Food and Beverage outlets comprising 144, 110 and 80 covers respectively, 2 Clubs with bands, a Sports Bar - 150 covers and a Discotheque.
 Responsible for Room marketing, Liaison with Travel agents and online booking houses.
 Preparing Annual budgets and supporting business plans.
 Managing all daily activities of the hotel and a team of 134 members including 9 managers.
 Preparing presentation for Management Review as per the company policy.
 Designing of marketing plan as well as promotions as per the requirement; taking into consideration budgets as well as profitability of the events. More emphasis on events as per the trends.
 Personally involves into training Program for all the managers for the Standard Operating Procedures for Operations.
 Conducts Audits for all the departments (self reconciliation) to give time to time feedback to the Top Management.
 Implemented the Vendor management system for efficiently managing the purchases and yield to cost.

Managed operation of the hotel spread over in 11 acres with 63 rooms, 5 F & B outlets with combined capacity of 288 covers and banquet facility for 6000 pax with total staff strength of 120 including 9 managers. Budgeting, revenue analysis, operations, marketing and sales, conceptualising promotional events, vendor management, yield management, employee training were regular functions carried out at the property.
