☑ Responsible for keeping track of export import FCL/LCL shpts.
☑ Conducting market research and survey for conception of new market and clientele.
☑ Monitoring clients' portfolio performance, conducting profitability analysis, rendering sustained advisory services for securing high ROI and increasing retention levels.

I was into Export sales department and was responsible for generating LCL and FCL export cargo to various destinations like Far East/Gulf/USA and Scandinavia
☑ Handling FCL/LCL and Air shipments & coordination with the shipping lines/IATAs for rates.
☑ Coordination with Overseas agents and offices for smooth handling of FCL/LCL and Air shipments.
☑ Dealing with freight forwarders and CHA, handling all custom clearance and related documents.
