Position : Projects Manager, Dubai/Fujairah Period : Oct. 2012 to Nov. 2015 Responsibilties :
•Handled multiple projects some simultaneously, from post contract stage to close -out.
•Prepare strategic project management plans, establish project management processes and procedures,
•Manage consultants, resource planning, risk assessment and value engineering and provide leadership to the project team.
•Preparation of strategic planning/programming.
•Prepare and control operational budgets.
•Establishing in house monitoring and tracking procedures.
•Monitoring and control of external Consultants/Specialist.
•Monitoring and controlling construction process.
•Resource planning.
•Risk assessment and value engineering.
•Claims and impact analysis.
•Plan, coordinate, direct and supervise personnel, subcontractors, and vendors engaged on projects, ensuring that they complete the work on time, within budget and to the quality specified.
•Establish and maintain Master progress Schedule.
•Interfacing with client representatives, A/E representatives, Tenants, Authorities Contractors… etc
•Prepare Budget and Financial Reporting.
•Maintain General Contract and Subcontract Documents.
•Maintain Quality Assurance and Control, and HSE plan.
•Establish and Monitor administrative procedures for the project.
•Keep management and client informed on progress of project.
•Responsible and oversee total construction efforts to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, quality, budget and schedule
•Share regular cost meetings to review all cost and contract issues arising on the Project.
•Review and approve schedules in a timely manner and the related engineering and procurements logs.
•Ensure that the Project Team is liaising as required with relevant statutory authorities and utility providers.
•Review and approve site logistics by coordinating with all related parties.
•Manage regular Safety meetings and ensure that all parties are fully informed of all rules, regulations and procedures
