• Managing entire ERP project roll-out, implementation, customization, & support with a view to achieve business objectives and ensure optimum utilization of available resources

o Researching & developing analysis, forecasting, and optimization methods plus selecting the right statistical tools for the given problem
o Designing intelligent dashboards; delivering a regular summary of the overall ‘health' of the engagement & process
