 A dynamic professional with almost 3 yr 1 months of experience in Mining Operations, Mine Planning, Quality management, Environment management and Safe working procedure.
 Gained exposure on preparation of Operational Budget and dealing with its constraints.
 Gained exposure on handling Various Mining Equipments and Machineries, implementing quality systems and various techniques for improving the Mining operations along with energy conservation for cost savings.
 Day to day production planning, allocation of machinery and manpower and the way to achieve day to day targets in a safe and environment friendly manner.
 Observation of monthly cutting plan and evaluation of the overall progress of the mining activity with respect to the monthly cutting plan and annual pit design.
 Coordinating with other officials to ensure completion of various targets within the time limit in a cost effective manner while ensuring resource utilisation to maximise the output.
 Quality control through proper segregation of ore, drainage system to provide good working environment during monsoon and water spraying to reduce the dust generation.
 Implementation of ISO 9001(Quality Management System), ISO 14001(Environment Management System) & OHSAS 18001(Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series) to enhance quality of products & environmental condition in a safe manner.
 Maintaining proper haul road gradients at all mine locations to reduce the hauling time as well as reduce the diesel consumption.
 Monsoon preparation and waste dump management.
 Working on Quality control through proper segregation of ore and achievement of targeted loading rates and hauling rates of Heavy Earthmoving Machineries
 Exposure to working in SAP implemented system.
 Exposure in Mine Planning using SURPAC software.
 Involvement in Hazard identification and risk assessment
