- Guiding the team at offshore for quality service delivery.
- Presentation to the business on solutions provided by the team to ensure more business.
- Working on estimations, understanding the business requirement and explaining the same to the clients and creating the requirement understanding documents.
- Driving DRE exercise from onsite.
- Responsible for the Incident SLA and action items.
- Responsible for SRT’s (Service Restoration Team) in case of any P1’s that may arise and doing the necessary RCA.
- Representative of TechM in the multi-vendor meetings held at the client site bringing out issues / concerns in coordination.
