Managing entire Supply Chain dynamics for multiplant manufacturing locations and distribution to all 10 depots across the geographies of the country.
Responsible for the entire supply chain, manufacturing and Operations of the Manufacturing plant and distribution; Procurement of Raw Materials and distribution of finished products across all the 7 emirates and exports across 12-15 countries; HR and IR of the company. strategic planning and CAPEX expenditure of the Co.
Responsible for enitire Factory Operations, IR, HR, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Procurement, Ware Houses and Distribution of Finished Goods.
Responsible for meeting the production targets for Stiff paints section and then moved to Liquid paints Packaging as Senior Chemist and later to the Liquid Paints Processing section.
Production Planning, New Initiatives, Safety, Quality and SHE responsibilities for the section.
