Cargo Sales and Operations
Assist in maximizing the availability of the civil aviation resources of member nations during disasters, crisis and war, and to optimize the Alliances use of civil aviation resources in support of both military operations and essential civil requirements. Built and planning transport logistic process during the operations. Involved in rapid reaction team and resolving transportation problems.
Monitor the daily movement of aircraft, aircraft handling operations; assist in monitoring of air operations in compliance with air task orders (ATOs) Un air operations manual, host nations AIPs, ICAO Annex 6, company operation manual, CAA regulations of air carrier registry and all regulation of the Georgia CAA, Ensure that all aircraft are employed accordingly to the aircraft charter agreement, International rules and regulations. Assist in managing of special mission and VIP flight request and manifest. Coordinate with Georgian search and rescue coordination center. Act as official representative of CAVO or Air Operation Officer during the liaison meetings with local government military and civil aviation authorities. Assist in preparing documentation for obtaining necessary diplomatic clearances whenever necessary. Update the information on available airports and helicopter landing sites in UNOMIG area of responsibility. Assist aircrews in filling flight plans, obtaining weather information and any other information relevant to the aircraft departure/ arrival timing. Advise AOO Sukhumi of actual departure/arrival times. Liaise with MOVCON and other Air Operation staff regarding the flight information. Act as MOVCON assistant in his/her absent. Maintain database of: crew rotation, fuel consumption, passenger transportation, receiving ground service, invoices. Assist in aviation safety related matters. Assist the air operations officer. Supervising loading/offloading aircraft. Planning all transport logistical process as for passengers so for UN cargo. Preparation of documents for customs control, processing and delivery of cargo shipping with both the Georgian Black Sea ports and from the airports. Control of the whole process of transportation and the solution to all problems arising in the course. Relationship with seaports, airports railway administrations, government organizations.
Managing department of container to export-import movement; process loading and offloading vessels, trucks and railway; receiving reports from agents in Caucasus region. Preparing reports for partners and region supervisors.
