• Coordinates daily morning meetings, anticipates operational changes and needs and revises plans accordingly. Evaluates results compared to goals and performance targets.
•Participating in or facilitating HES incident investigations, tracking corrective actions through to improve Supervision and participate on Contractors Emergency Response Drills as per the EM plan and drill schedule. Participate in CHESM field inspections, including HES inspections.
•Management for the proper use and proficient maintenance of rig equipment along with surface & downhole equipment s well as „Well Performance”
•Ensures engineering studies are performed to solve recurring problems such as wellbore stability, lost circulation, washouts, etc. Prepares equipment lists and identifies long lead items.
•Plans and develops revisions and/or enhancements to solve and troubleshoot drilling problems on site, improving the field’s concepts, best practices and procedures
•Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
•Leads and directs drilling field peronel along with their performance. A wide degree of initiative, creativity and latitude required by the position ethic.
•Perform testing operations according to the company requirements and programs.

Superintendent position for Drilling rigs, Workover rigs, Slickline units, Logging units, Fracturing units.All including HSE performance specific for each activity.Responsible to implement of an efficient HSE System in English and French, lead a group of HSE officers, hold prejob safety breefings, safety coordination of subcontractors, prepare safety documentation for the client, hand out permits to work.
Field operations management under direct assistence on drilling & workover (heavy & light), coil tbg, ESP, PCP, SRP, Gas Lift, control & onsite operations supervision, as well for rigless operations and interventions on and offshore, handeling over 150 people and equipment maintenance.
Production tests on drilling wells using rig equipment and personel.
French training course voluntarely for local recent graduate engineers for drilling/workover & completion field operations, introduction in site geology and geophisics.
Organise and conduct HSE alerts, meetings, audits/ HSE Surveys on Site/in Workshop’s to ensure compliance with project and company.
Key achievements: very good feedback achievements in completing wells, production increasing of 2000 bbl/day in the first year in depleted and old productive formations, contribution on strategy & procedures for Development Management.
