Functional Duties:
To provide consulting services at a design development stage (to select and define installation place for PGP equipment, to calculate manning required to run the plant, to assess risks linked to equipment installation).
To manage compliance with contract terms at PGP construction and installation stage (target dates and timing, quality).
To take part in handover of a plant (commissioning and handover testing of the equipment, statement approval, control of repair of deficiencies found).
To select and arrange training for the plant personnel.
To ensure utilities of the plant are functional and safe to operate and service gas turbines, compressors, pressure vessels, trucks, cranes, gas pipelines.
To ensure utilities of the plant are functional and safe to operate and service steam and water boilers, steam and hot water delivery lines, waste water lines.
To provide cost planning and expense reporting.
To provide certificates for equipment and punch lists, specifications for spares.
To generate purchase orders for spares and equipment, to monitor request processing.
To perform assessment of failures in order to define cause.
To develop work procedures to repair deficiencies and failures found.
To arrange servicing and maintenance of the equipment.
To develop action plans to increase run life of the equipment.
To take part in maintenance meetings planning as a discipline leader.
To develop and review documentation on the plant operation (operation procedures, drawings, process charts, maintenance charts).
To ensure the newest process techniques are implemented at the plant.
To take part in incident investigations.
To arrange activities to ensure safe practices at the plant.
Achievements:
Gas turbine power plant was successfully started up with Titan 130S (USA) gas turbines and HAFI compressors (HOWDEN England).
The following was implemented while running the GTPP.
Actions aimed to reduce risks to HAFI pipework integrity.
Methods were defined to reduce water content of lube oil at HAFI compressors running within process range.
Proposals were developed and implemented to update process chart of a condensate line.
Was awarded with diploma of the company for contribution in labor safety.
