- Screened candidates' CVs and responding to candidate's inquiries through emails or through social media platforms (such as LinkedIn or Instagram)
- Conducted an interview with an applicant
- Created and tracks the masterlist of employee’s personal records through Excel
- Assists the HR & Admin Director with the documents that requires printing (photocopying or scanning)
- Tracks the employee’s leaves through excel to check the abscence form of employees
- Access the company’s sharefolder
- Assists the Admin and Receptionist with clerical or admin assistance duties, such as photocopying & answering enquiries through email, phone and social media
- Assists the Admin and HR Director in looking for potential candidates suitable for the job position the company is currently looking for
