- Entering Data to the Office Properties Database
- Updating and reviewing the Company contact lists
- Preparing leasing and selling contracts
- Handling Media advertising of the properties
- Uploading and updating the properties the Company Website
- Drafting letters, internal memo/emails.
- Assist the Sales Team with research of Sales leads
- Attending, directing and handling the office telephone calls
- Taking part in all the activities of Formula 1 in terms of meeting and
greeting the BIC visitors
- Escorting guests to the Circuit
- Organizing and monitoring the in-flaw of guests who are attending
the Business lunchions and the Dinner Receptions.
- Guide, instruct and monitor the new members of the Club
- Follow-up on the progress of the old members
- Running daily Aerobics classes such as Cardio, Steps, Kick Boxing,
Spinning, Strength training sessions, Yoga..etc.
- Receiving and greeting guests
- Handling room reservations
- Answering calls
- Handling the cash flaw
- Liaise between guests and other departments of the Hotel
- Handling all the Company Accounting activities such as:
- Receiving daily cash
- Monitoring and checking income of cash flaw from the various department
of the Company
- Preparing documents and quotations for purchasing of goods
- Tallying the incoming and outgoing movements of goods
- Depositing the cash to banks
