I’m working in SATORP refinery through KBR.
My job included these tasks but it's not limited:
• Actuator removal & installation.
• Loop checking of TT, PT, TF and DPT through HART communicator.
• Calibrating control valves.
• Calibrating GDF, GDO &GDT.
• Troubleshooting on TDL and installing.
• Configuration and maintenance of multiple smart transmitters by HART.
• Installing multiple gauges, level, pressure and flow indicators.
•Troubleshooting proximity switch.
•PDT flushing a n d zero calibration.
•I’m familiar with PLCs, DCSs, control valves, PIDs, PM &analyzing equipments.
• Preventive maintenance for FRAC units.
• Checking Transducers and Flow meters.
• Maintenance and repair on Yokogawa portable data acquisition & cementing units.
