Work Description:
 Enforce compliance with all related Malaysian regulations as well as Shell Group compliance requirements.
 Create HSSE plan, monitor, review and track HSSE performance for staffs and contractors.
 Leading the onsite Emergency Response including setup, training & drills.
 Lead and participate in incident investigation including follow-up and close out.
 Plan, coordinate and participate in offshore and onshore management inspection, HSE audits/reviews and assist with independent or external audits/reviews/inspections. Facilitate these audits/reviews including follow-up and close out.
 Provide support on HSSE aspects in contract HSSE Management.
 Organize and coordinate major HSSE campaign, event and activities (i.e. Shell safety day, 12 Life Saving Rules, contractor HSE workshop and department safety day, etc.)
 Leading and facilitate monthly and quarterly HSSE committee meetings.
 Update HSSE mandatory training matrix and develop annual HSSE training plan.
 Coordinate training for contractors and staffs as per Shell and legal requirements.
 Lead the Government agency annual inspection on permits and licenses.

Work Description:
 Provide technical support and ensure legal compliance with new and existing hygiene & food safety legislation.
 Participate in the review process of annual improvement HSE plan and participate in operation meetings.
 Audit site and suppliers monthly, recommend, propose corrective action plans plus follow up.
 Ensure all reported food safety related incidents are fully investigated and corrective actions completed
 Train staffs on hygiene and food safety, environment, and quality related topics to operational teams and contract managers as appropriate
 Serves as the site audit coordinator, ensures continuous improvement and ongoing certification for HACCP & GMP.

Work Description:
 Lead, initiate, co-ordinate and record emergency drill, and make recommendations for the improvement of their effectiveness.
 Provide training and driver of HSE culture which include briefings & conduct safety reinforcement sessions.
 Monitor environmental issues at the site.
 Coordinates loss prevention insurance reviews and associated action plans. Oversees inspection, repairs and maintenance of site alarm, sprinkler and access control systems. Arranges for system tests as required by government regulations, NFPA and company requirements.
 Facilitates root cause analyses of significant injuries and incidents. Conducts investigations into incidents involving any violations and prepares appropriate written reports.





 Performs ergonomic assessments and provides technical guidance to employees to minimize risks associated with material handling, repetitive motion and workstation design.
 Conducts internal safety, health and environmental audits to verify compliance levels. Evaluates site HSE management system, procedures and processes and implements changes to maximize effectiveness.
 Serves as the site HSE audit coordinator to ensure continuous improvement and ongoing certification OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001

Supporting sites:
Responsibilities include providing technical advice and support with respect to matters impacting occupational safety, health and environment for the Indonesia & Singapore facilities.

Achievement:
 Promoted in 2011 as ED&S HSE Leader.
 Recommended improvement plan for ergonomics set up and noise reductions.
 Bravo award for support in the HSE maturity elements in the Honeywell Operating System (HOS).
 Health, Safety & Environment - Prepare the MK Indonesia for Honeywell’s corporate HSE audit. This includes system set up and Implementation of 85 HSE procedures, physical site set up and human behavior alignment. (2010)
 Actively involved in developing and carrying out the process safety audits in Malaysia, Singapore & Indonesia.
 Formed a working ERT for all shifts, all members are trained in chemical spill, firefighting and first aid. (2010)
 Completed HOS audit in 2010 and achieved bronze site.

Work Description:
 Ensure workplace safety by conducting training, inspections, auditing and investigations and by maintaining documentation and systems for WDM with approximately 9000 employees and 5 facilities.
 Investigate incidents and recommended corrective action to line management.
 WDM EHS Management Representative, Safety and Health Committee Secretary and Safety and Health Officer.
 Advise and update WDM Management on all EHS legal requirements
 Responsible for maintaining the certification of EICC, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
 Organize regular fire and other drills to familiarize employees on escape routes during emergencies and ensure readiness of Emergency Response Teams.
 Liaison focal point with Government agencies.(DOSH, DOE, AELB, Health Department, JPA, Police, etc)

Achievement:
 ERT team and chemical spillage team formation for crew normal.
 Chemical spill and fire drills done every 6 monthly. (5 facilities)
 Continuous audit schedule on departments for compliance with ISO, OHSAS and EICC.
 Yearly health and safety campaign-(chemical awareness, machine, forklift and stacker, blood donation)
 Continuous yearly Road Safety Program with government agency (2008 & 2009).
 Developed together with IT the E-compliant & EHS site in the WDM Intranet (2009).

Work Description:
 Duties include the set-up, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of customize sophisticated mechanical, electromechanical and computer controlled assembly, test and automation equipment or the documentation, analysis and reporting of product or process characteristics.
 To participate in the department Safety and Health Committee and main Safety and Health Committee.
 To trace machine and tooling failure downtime for corrective and preventive action’
 To participate assist engineers to support new product transfer from USA, Thailand, Singapore and other vendor locations.
 To provide engineering support for conversion major and minor, modification, end of life product control and set up new evaluation modules for Tooling Development.

Achievement:
 Selected to be trained on GENERATION 3 machines at MMI Singapore Limited.
 Set up of machines and new product transfer from Western Digital Thailand.
 Undertake improvement projects to reduce down time and improve cycle time.
 Worked on safety guidelines for the new and existing machines.
