Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate, communicate, and direct engineers and teams on-site effectively.
• Monitor work progresses accurately and fully coordinate with other disciplines.
• Review and approve shop drawings, materials, subcontractors, suppliers, and manufacturers.
• Provide technical guidance and monitor outcome impacts with other related trades.
• Ensure contract documents are in line with licenses and local standards.
• Interface with multi-disciplinary teams and all stakeholders to discuss and resolve matters.
• Identify all problems and propose measures of prevention and eliminating reoccurrence.
• Ensure that all site activities are as per standards, and in compliance with QA/QC policy.
Job Responsibilities:
• Establish sustainable design goals and targeted LEED credits with the design team.
• Responsible for all phases of LEED projects: design, construction, and certification.
• Daily supervision of the project’s design and construction stages: monitor and coordinate
architectural, engineering, and construction firms’ documentation.
• Manage and prepare LEED submission packages, including reviewing calculations, drawings, etc. to ensure each prerequisite/credit is properly documented.
• Develop and manage project plans, LEED templates, status reports, budgets, and timelines ensuring goals are met and issues are highlighted early in the process.
• Research products for energy efficiency performance, smart design, and/or innovation.
• Assist with basic commissioning processes including developing Owner Project Requirements, Basis of Design Documents, and other activities.
• Establish and supervise the construction waste management plan and reuse/recycling processes.
• Contribute to a database of energy-saving technologies and/or strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
• Consult with clients to determine the type, style, and purpose of new building construction.
• Conceptualize and design buildings, and develop plans describing design specifications, building materials, costs, and construction schedule.
• Prepare sketches and models for clients.
• Manage a technical team consists of architects, engineers, draft men.
• Coordinate with all other services, structural and electromechanical works.
• Supervise the preparation of drawings, specifications, and other construction documents for use by contractors and tradespersons.
• Conduct feasibility studies, reports of phases, and financial analyses of building projects.
• Prepare bidding documents including specifications, working drawings, and BOQs.
• Monitor activities on construction sites to ensure compliance with specifications.
Job Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications, and budget.
• Prepare and submit shop drawings and materials for approvals from the consultant.
• Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress against established schedules.
• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements with consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Develop and implement quality control programs.
• Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients.
• Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions.
• Supervise the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff.
Job Responsibilities::
• Prepare architectural details for execution of works.
• Ensure that the architect’s design is delivered by the contractors properly.
• Address the impacts of modifications desired by the client in coordination with other related works.
• Assist project manager in materials selection in compliance with approved material submittals.
• Following all architectural correspondences.
• Highlight any violations related to architectural issues on site.
• Liaise with the technical office on modifications required.
• Give daily site reports and issues that arise on-site to the project manager.
• Communicate with contractors to fulfill their requirements.
ACHIEVEMENT: National Architectural Competition - Cairo, Egypt (1997) - During my study, I won a national architectural competition in Egypt for designing residential buildings of Beverly Hills Resort which located in 6th October city in Cairo.
