• Conduct IT audits independently or jointly.
• Identify areas of exposure and weakness with recommendations for permanent rectification.
• Prepare reports of IT audit findings and recommendations.
• Discuss deficiencies found with the concerned units and follow-up for rectification.
• Conduct special assignments as and when required.
• Attend to other relevant duties and responsibilities assigned by the direct managers and head of IAD.
• Identify and assess areas of significant business risk.
• Implement best audit and business practices in line with applicable internal audit statements.
• Manage resources and audit assignments.
• Identify and reduce all business risks through effective implementation and monitoring of controls.
• Develop, implement and maintain internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with local and international best practice.
• Compile and implement the annual Internal Audit plan.
• Oversee risk-based audits covering IT processes.
• Ensure complete, accurate and timely audit information is reported to Management and/or Audit Committees.
• Overall supervision of planned annual audits.
• Develop work goals and department projects.
• Assigns and coordinates work projects.
• Designates staff assignments, establishes work priorities and evaluates coast and time requirements.
• Reviews completed projects or computer programs to ensure that goals are met and that program are compatible with
other programs already in used.
• Makes recommendations for improvements in computer system.
• Review and test programs that written by programmer-analyst to ensure that program meets the objectives and
specifications.
• Enters commands into computer to place programs in production status.
• Trains workers in use of new software or hardware.
• Modify, test, and correct existing programs.
• Provide support, training and high level of service to use (Oracle EBS, Oracle CX, Oasis and Yasasii systems).
! Selling travel products and dealing with customer enquiries.
! Ensuring that staff adhere to financial & operational procedures and that any training needs are
identified and addressed.
! Managing & motivating staff to meet targets, thus ensuring the profitability of the company.
! Meeting regularly with company directors to provide feedback on branch & staff performance; and to take direction.
! Dealing with staff welfare, disciplinary matters and customer complaints.
! Ordering sales literature, stationery & disposables to ensure the efficient running of the branch.
! Ensuring that all care is taken in following company & legislative directives for ensuring Health & Safety
within the work place.
