• Executed newly formed joint venture project with armed forces of Pakistan in the underserved areas of Azad Jammu & Kashmir. Project encompassed provisioning of voice and data services in the far flung ‘hard-to-reach’ areas. Local geography coupled with the earthquake devastation made the job extremely difficult to achieve.
• Assigned to develop a complete eco-system for the newly developed CDMA Wireless Loop Company for the Group. Integrated various CPEs with Samsung 1x network.
• Customized CPE Software for different applications to be launched by the company.
• Responsible for preparation and compliance with all capex and opex budgets approved by the company relating to the department.
• Oversaw the complete O & M activities of wireline & wireless customer operations.
• Introduced reporting and management information systems.

• Sourced, evaluated, procured and integrated CPEs in the network. Played pivotal role in customizing the CPE software to meet specific requirements.
