Lead all Quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with
JTI Quality Management System and all relevant regulatory
requirements applicable to JTI global supply chain around the
region responsibility (MENAT, West Europe, and East Europe)
• Leading the maintenance process for SAP4Hana project (PLM)
and NPD for all new project and new brand will be produce int
factory (GSC).
• Expert in SAP4HANA for maintenance and creation new ID’s
and materials problem solving.
• Responsibility for research & Development the new product
according to responsibility region’s
Lead all Quality related activities to ensure compliance with JTI Quality Management System and all relevant regulatory requirements applicable to JTI sites and / or 3rd party supply chain partners in the Jordan / MENNA Region.
Act as QA point of contact in case of external audits / inspections. Facilitates regulatory visits sites and responsible to ensure sites are in an 'inspection ready state'. Lead CAPA process related to external audits / inspection findings through to completion including timely provision of Quality related replies to regulatory authorities.
Provides support as requested regarding serious product quality incidents, taking the lead for local activities and follow up with region including onsite investigations and / or additional follow up actions. Lead site related CAPAs through to completion / closure following validation. Escalates issues to Global QA in a timely manner and works collaboratively to address and remediate issues.
Support qualification process of e.g. new manufacturing product, new key component suppliers, new warehouse facilities, etc. within region including conducting required onsite assessments.
Act as subject matter expert Jordan Quality requirements including FDA requirements, GMP requirements etc. keeping both local management and Global QA up to date with current / future requirements.
Act as QA point of contact for Jordan market/authorities ad hoc & recurring reporting related to quality aspects and coordinate consolidation & provision of required documents within JTI Quality Assurance team.
Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request.
• A blend of Process improvement and maintenance engineering. Monitor analyze, implementation and follow up for manufacturing process improvement and maintenance activities. Scope of control includes: gap assessment, engineering solution identification and application, training and support, capital planning as well as best practices governance and delivery.
• Maintenance Management: To efficiently utilize enterprise assets management plant maintenance system Preventive / predictive maintenance planning and implementation, follow up Corrective maintenance reporting, root cause analysis and reporting on monthly basis of relevant data (spare parts consumption, spare part warehouse inventory, etc.)
• Production follow up plan, inventory control, employee supervision and monthly KPI’s reporting, improvement plan, KPI monitoring, analysis and to identify area of improvement in cooperation with related parties and ASP.
• Continuous improvement: 5S3R implementation and production related area organization, Implementation team establishment and leading. To concentrate on Visual management and CIP. ensure the implementation of safety procedure inside the production area; follow up suggestion and continuous improvement idea implementation for production department with cooperation with suggestion system coordinator.
Supply and installation the factory and the opening was from king Abdullah second. With PLC automation system machine for cooking, cutter, filling and strain flow machine.
Electrical Specialist: responsibility for all filling and cooking machine for food and ensure all machine working properly regarding to electrical and electronic field.
The major responsibility and duties
•Produce, maintain and follow up the maintenance requests for paint’s resin and powder factory.
•Distributing the daily maintenance work and supervising the technical problems mixer, and roller mill.
•Preparing the maintenance plan of machines, which included preventive, frequently and daily job.
•Follow up the spare part store and prepare the orders.
•Follow up the structure situations and technical problems in AC, heating systems, chillers…etc.
•My work included the electronics repairing PLC and Electromechanical work (repair, replace, and modification as required
for Integrated control and electrical system (ICES) as a project engineer, At ICES my job focused on modifying, renew, replace control of production machines by adding or replace its PLC's and motor speed controllers as request.
