• Establishment of nursing department; department structure, mission& vision, job descriptions, scope of service, nursing manpower and database, and Nursing strategic plan.
• Establishment of Nursing education programme, general nursing orientation programme, unit inservice, basic nursing competencies, unit based competencies and machines comptencies based on accreditation requirements.
• Establishment of quality section at nursing department, Quality indicators, action plans, nursing policies and procedures, unit based polices with total 175 policies.
• Establishing of Nursing templates, and all documents based on JCIA&CBAHI standards.
• Establishment of units sub stores; room setup, and clinics setup.
• Establishing many nursing task force team for CBAHI, HIS system, and patient classification system.
• Adopting the six patient safety goals at the nursing units.
• Establishing of infection control nursing unit.
• Establishing the hospital training centre.
• Serving as a member in many hospital standing committees at SFH
