Project description:
Enhancing Social Housing Governance Technical Assistance
Responsible for:
- Reviewing all related issues regarding the infrastructure & guidance of SHF and providing advice and solutions on performing the different relevant tasks
- Advising the Ministry of Housing of Egypt on developing a new National Housing Strategy
- Providing advice on data collection, analysis, presentation & drafting of the strategy
- Sharing housing strategies from various countries
- Coordinate with the World Bank team on housing in Egypt
- Preparing workshops related to the Enhancing Social Housing Governance
- Advising the Minister of Housing and SHF on the supply side of the social housing program including building codes and criteria, location & housing specifications
Responsible for:
- Monitoring & coordinating consultation in the programme of Strategic Urban Plans for Small Cities in Egypt - 70 cities, which was initiated by the General Organization for Physical Planning GOPP in Egypt in cooperation with the UN-HABITAT Egypt office
Handling the following responsibilities:
- Report directly to the dept. manager
- Assist the dept. manager leading & supervising 70 architects
- Attend top staff, executive & management meetings
- Represent the company in abroad missions (Qatar, UAE, Kuwait, Sudan & Oman)

- Lead the construction documents team to prepare Al-Dar Hotel at Marsa Alam drawings at Marsa Alam, Red Sea, Egypt. The Owner is Al-Dar for Tourism Development. The project budget is 18, 000, 000 LE.
- Design the interior of an existing Private Villa at Al-Waha Compound, Al-Shorouk City, Cairo, Egypt. Attend meetings with the client in order to improve the design. Lead a team to prepare the construction drawings and coordinate between all disciplines.

- Design the interior of existing 4 Private Villas at Kattamey Golf Park, New Cairo City, and Cairo, Egypt. Attend meetings with the client to improve the design.
- Design Abu-Ghazaleh Office Building located at the Smart Village, Giza, Egypt. The Client is Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual Property. Attend meetings with the client and the specialty consultants and prepare the construction documents. The project budget was 17, 000, 000 LE.
- Design the interior of an existing Private Apartment located at Maadi, Cairo, Egypt. The apartment area is 800 squared meters. Attend coordination meetings with other consultants. Lead a team to prepare the construction drawings.
- Design the Urban of Monte-Sue Mountain Resort. The project location is at Al-Ain Al-Sokhna, Red Sea, Egypt. The Client is Al-Rowad Tourist Development Company.
- Prepare the construction documents for EMAK Village Service Center located at Marsa Alam south to Hurgada, Egypt. Attend meetings with the client.
- Prepare the construction documents for EMAK Tower Village located at Marsa Alam south to Hurgada, Egypt. Attend meetings with the client.
- Prepare the construction documents for EMAK Wadi Ghalib district located at Marsa Alam south to Hurgada, Egypt.

2. CAD System Manager:
- Charged with updating the CAD manual to keep the system up to date with the international drafting standards.

- Prepare the construction drawings of the interior design work for the Club House building of Arabella country club project. The project location is at New Cairo City, Cairo, Egypt. Attend meetings with the client and the interior designer IDS.
- Full time site supervising on Arabella country club project as a team member of the project management. The Client is Allied Arab Real Estate & Tourist Co. S.A.E. Investment the area of the project is about 10 feddans. The scope of work was all the architectural, interior design works and the coordination between all disciplines. The project budget was 25, 000, 000 LE.

- Design the Urban of Al-Manwar residential compound. The project location is at New Cairo City, Cairo, Egypt. The project area is about 28 feddans. The scope of work was designing the urban and all the types of the residential buildings.
- Design the Youth Club of Obour City, Cairo, Egypt. The project area is about 35 feddans. The scope of work was designing the urban.
- Design the Free Housing Competition leading the design team. The Client is the Ministry of Housing.
- Design the Urban Planning of Helio Heights Neighborhood. The project location is at Obour City, Cairo, Egypt. It contains residential palaces. The project area is about 190 feddans. The client is the Municipality of Al-Obour.
- Planning and Urban Designing the Services City Center of Obour City. The project location is at Obour City, Cairo, Egypt. It contains residential palaces. The project area is about 220 feddans. The client is the Municipality of Al-Obour.
- Accomplish the Preliminary Planning of the New Toshka City, Egypt. The Client is General Authority of Urban Planning. The project area is about 4000 feddans. The scope of work was Skeleton Planning.
- Accomplish the Preliminary Planning of Abu Simbel City, Egypt. The Client is Aswan Governorate. The project area is about 6000 feddans. The scope of work was Skeleton Planning.
Responsibilities:
- Design the interior of an existing Private Villa. The project is the villa no. 23 at Arabella Park, New Cairo City, Cairo, Egypt. Also, attend coordination meetings with other consultants. Lead a team to prepare the construction drawings.
- Prepare the construction drawings of Intercontinental Bharat Hotel at Sahar, Mumbai, India. Attend meeting with the interior designer IDS (Interior Design Studio).
- Design a Low-Income Housing District. The project location is at the Sixth of October City, Cairo, Egypt. The scope of work was planning, urban design, and designing two types of residential buildings. The area of the project is about 75 feddans.
- Redesign the landscape of the Students Plaza at the College of Engineering, Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt. The project area is 3400 squared meters.
- Design the Low-Cost Future Housing. The Client is the Ministry of Housing.
- Design the Urban of Al-Yasmeen District Service Center. The project location is at New Cairo City, Cairo, Egypt. The project area is about 185 feddans.
